Earlier this month, the k-pop supergroup BTS announced their upcoming shows in March at the Seoul Olympic Stadium. These shows mark their return to performing in front of a live audience in their home country after a hiatus of over two years. The performances are part of their ongoing Permission to Dance tour.
Surprising fans, BTS has extended their tour and will be heading to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada for their next leg. The Las Vegas shows will consist of four performances scheduled for early-to-mid April. While live audiences will be present at these shows, fans who cannot attend in person can still watch the event via a live feed at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Additionally, the final show on April 16 will be available for livestreaming online.

BTS previously mesmerized audiences on the west coast during their SoFi Stadium performances in Inglewood, California last fall. The series of shows generated over $33.3 million in ticket sales, with 214,000 tickets sold. This remarkable achievement set a new record for performances at a single venue, surpassing the record set by Roger Waters at Estadio River Plate in Buenos Aires, Argentina back in 2012.
