Coke has introduced Coca-Cola Starlight, a unique soda flavor designed to capture the essence of space. This move is part of Coke’s strategy to offer novel flavors based on abstract concepts to pique consumer curiosity and drive trial.
Oana Vlad, Coca-Cola’s senior director of strategy, mentioned to CNN, “There’s been a lot of buzz and speculation about the mysterious space flavor. Our fans are intrigued and enjoy the playful novelty. The enigmatic flavor descriptions spark debates and conversations.”
Coca-Cola’s upcoming limited edition release is a ‘pixel-flavored’ drink first appearing in the virtual world before hitting real store shelves in May. https://t.co/MZXHczENn3 pic.twitter.com/IGy9ouqTnq

Coke has now unveiled another unconventional flavor: Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Byte. This new offering aims to replicate the taste of pixels seen on a computer screen. Vlad explained, “Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Byte brings the abstract pixel taste to life. It offers the familiar Coca-Cola flavor with vibrant notes upfront and a refreshing finish.”
Coke Byte was initially a virtual item in the game Fortnite and will hit the market in May, only in Zero Sugar 2-packs.
