Shakira and Gerard Pique:
This couple initially met when the soccer player Gerard Pique was featured in Shakira’s “Waka-Waka” music video, for the 2010 World Cup. The athlete had piqued Shakira’s interest, but the romance blossomed only a year after filming the music video.
The couple made their relationship official and went on to have two kids together but never stopped pushing their respective careers. The couple had three children together, but sadly their eldest son Jett passed away at just age 16 in 2009. The couple held strong until Kelly’s unfortunate passing in the summer of 2020.
