Going to a Disney theme park has always come with a hefty price tag. Purchasing a churro can make you rethink the concept of magic in your heart when you see the bill. Disney has frequently offered package deals that combine park entry passes with stays at their local hotels to help families save money while keeping them on-site. However, if you are considering staying at the newest Disney hotel, be prepared to part with a significant amount of money.
The construction of Disney’s Star Wars-themed hotel, the Galactic Starcruiser, near Walt Disney World in Florida, has been public knowledge for some time. This hotel is expected to be one of Disney’s most technologically advanced creations yet. It will feature various entertainment options, character interactions, and a lightsaber experience akin to what can be found at the Galaxy’s Edge park in Disneyland. Every aspect of a guest’s stay is tailored, including luxurious Star Wars-themed rooms.
Two nights at the hotel cost more than an entire Disney cruise. https://t.co/tHF8MaHjTP

With investments in unforgettable experiences, there comes a high price tag, and guess who’s picking up the tab? That’s right, it’s you. A two-night stay at this hotel, which includes admission to Disney Hollywood Studios park, will cost around $4,809 for two adults. Adding a single child increases the total to $5,299. To put it into perspective, this is more expensive than a stay at Disney’s Grand Floridian Hotel, two days on the Disney Wish cruise ship, or even a Disneyland wedding. And this doesn’t even include additional suite options.
It’s hard to imagine who can afford such an experience, but Disney probably only needs a few dedicated Star Wars fans to make the project financially viable. We will see how it all plays out when the hotel opens next spring.
