Musk Makes a Playful Entrance at Twitter
After a series of legal battles, Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk has shown a renewed interest in acquiring the social media giant Twitter. To demonstrate his enthusiasm, Musk recently visited Twitter’s headquarters in San Francisco, bringing along a large porcelain sink.
Sharing his visit on Twitter, Musk added a touch of humor with the caption, “Entering Twitter HQ – let that sink in!” along with a video of him carrying the sink into the building.
Prior to Musk’s visit, Twitter’s Chief Marketing Officer Leslie Berland informed the staff about Musk’s visit, encouraging them to say hello if they spot him at the office.
Not all Twitter employees are thrilled about the potential acquisition, with concerns raised about possible layoffs if the deal goes through. Some employees are keeping focused on their work despite the uncertainty, with one anonymous employee expressing worries about Musk’s intentions.
Following a pause in the legal disputes, Musk has agreed to the initial $44 billion deal to acquire Twitter. The deadline for finalizing the deal looms, with Musk having until Friday to complete the transaction before potential legal intervention.
