Emily Blunt Apologizes for Insensitive Remark About Server

During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Emily Blunt made a comment that was culturally insensitive. Blunt has realized her mistake and wants to apologize for her words.

However, the context in which Blunt said these words was much more complex. The interviewer had asked her a question that was difficult to answer.

“This was an off-the-cuff remark,” she said.

“I apologize if I offended anyone, it was not my intention,” Blunt added.

In her apology, Blunt said, “I deeply regret the words I used.”

She further stated, “I am truly sorry.”

Additionally, Blunt mentioned, “I have learned from this experience. It has made me reflect on my own biases.”

Blunt’s words have caused harm and she understands the impact they can have.
