Since debuting on Netflix last month, the Korean drama *Squid Game* has skyrocketed in popularity, captivating audiences worldwide. During a red carpet event for *Squid Game* at NeueHouse in Los Angeles, Hwang expressed his intention to explore ideas for a follow-up season. While details remain scarce, he teased that the protagonist, Gi-hun, will return with a mission that affects the world at large.
