The story behind Kim Kardashian’s recent tattoo reveal
During an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show in 2009, Kim Kardashian boldly stated that she would never get a tattoo.
Despite her previous likening of tattoos to “putting a bumper sticker on a Bentley,” Kim confessed on The Kardashians that she had recently gotten a secret tattoo in an unexpected place.
In a segment aired earlier this year, Kim shared with her close friend and hairstylist Chris Appleton that she had gotten a covert tattoo after hosting Saturday Night Live in 2021.
In a behind-the-scenes video, Kim revealed that she and her friends had all gotten matching tattoos on their hands, a decision she initially opposed. Subsequently, she jokingly referred to the act as “finally putting a bumper sticker on a Bentley.”
The tattoo is an infinity symbol, and Kim humorously recounted having it done at 4:30 in the morning as a way to celebrate her SNL hosting.
