Marvel has dropped a teaser trailer for the upcoming movie ‘Eternals,’ marking the spotlight debut of these age-old beings in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In the latest installment of the MCU’s phase, ‘Eternals’ showcases a group of immortal humanoid aliens who have been silently shaping human progress since ancient times. Following the aftermath of the Thanos incident, they decide to reveal themselves and their extraordinary powers openly, as their long-time adversaries, the Deviants, plot against humanity.
“Throughout the years we have never interfered, until now.”

The trailer has sparked interest on Twitter, with fans noting a line from Sprite, one of the Eternals, mentioning the new leader of the Avengers following the departures of Captain Rogers and Iron Man. The mention or lack thereof of Steve Rogers’ title hints at a shift towards Sam Wilson, now known as Captain America, as seen in the conclusion of Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
Marvel’s Eternals is expected to hit theaters in November this year.
