Millie Bobby Brown recently explained why she won’t be able to have Jon Bon Jovi perform at her upcoming wedding.
The 17-year-old Stranger Things star stated, “It’s just not happening. I wish! He’s just too busy.”
Brown and Bon Jovi first met while filming a music video for his band. They developed a friendship, and Brown even had the opportunity to join Bon Jovi on stage during one of his concerts in 2018.
While planning her wedding to her fiancé Jonny Clegg, Brown reached out to Bon Jovi in the hopes that he could perform at the reception. However, she quickly realized that it was not feasible.
She explained, “He’s a busy guy, and I just don’t think it’s going to happen.”
Brown and Clegg got engaged in March 2020 and have been busy planning their wedding since then. Although Bon Jovi won’t be able to sing at their wedding, Brown is still looking forward to their special day.
She shared, “We’re keeping it small and intimate, just with close friends and family.”
