Do you remember when The Eras Tour began? As Taylor Swift kicks off her European tour leg, let’s look back on the start of her global journey.

Taylor Swift launched The Eras Tour over a year ago after being named TIME magazine’s 2023 Person of the Year, showcasing her ongoing success!

In the past year, Taylor has been on an extensive tour for The Eras Tour while also releasing a new album, premiering a personal concert film, and nurturing a strong relationship with boyfriend Travis Kelce.

It has been 14 months since Taylor started her worldwide journey, and she shows no sign of stopping – her resilience is truly impressive.

So, when and where did Taylor officially kick off her tour?

The Eras Tour began on March 17, 2023, in Arizona, United States, and is set to end on December 8, 2024, in Vancouver, Canada, spanning a total of 21 months – a remarkable achievement!

With an audience of 69,000 fans on the opening night, her tour became a historic event, breaking records as the most attended female concert in US history, surpassing Madonna’s previous record held for 36 years.

Her tour includes 152 performances across five continents, featuring appearances in places like Singapore, Mexico, and Brazil.

The Grammy-winning artist started in North America, traveled through Asia and South America, and is now heading to Europe, where fans eagerly await her performances in cities like Paris and London.

Throughout the tour, she has had guest acts like Paramore, Haim, Phoebe Bridgers, and Girl in Red, as well as ‘Nonsense’ artist Sabrina Carpenter as the opening act.

Taylor has surprised fans with two acoustic performances per show during her tour, with four of them set to be featured in the Disney+ streamed version of her concert film.

During her debut show in Arizona, she performed ‘mirrorball’ and ‘Tim McGraw,’ and more recently in Singapore, fans enjoyed ‘Tim McGraw/Cowboy Like Me’ and ‘Mirrorball/Epiphany.’
