Every time a new version of the Windows operating system is introduced, there tends to be some resistance. The transition from Windows 10 was challenging, but eventually, users adapted to it despite its imperfections. The leaked version of Windows 11, however, seems to have left many users unimpressed due to its departure from the familiar Windows interface.
A leaked build of Windows 11 surfaced online recently, revealing significant design changes that caught users off guard. The new design features softer, rounder windows, a taskbar reminiscent of a Mac dock, and a center-aligned start menu, deviating from the traditional left-oriented layout. Some older elements like the start-up chime and widgets from the Windows Vista era have made a comeback.

Despite these visual alterations, the leaked OS appears to lack substantial mechanical changes or fixes, disappointing users who had hoped for improvements akin to those needed in Windows 10. The feedback on Twitter reflects this sentiment, with users expressing disappointment in both the new design and the absence of significant enhancements.

It’s important to note that this leaked build is unofficial, possibly even fake, and the final version of Windows 11 may differ significantly. Microsoft has the opportunity to address these concerns and implement changes before the official release to avoid a prolonged conflict with dissatisfied users.
