WhatsApp is a popular messaging application with over a billion users worldwide. While the app is commonly used for personal messaging, it is also widely used in corporate and office settings. Despite facing backlash over changes to its privacy policy, WhatsApp, owned by Facebook, continues to maintain a large user base. Similar to applications like Telegram and Slack, which allow users to message themselves to exchange important notes, messages, files, and media for safekeeping, WhatsApp now offers this feature. You can start messaging yourself on WhatsApp in just a few simple steps.
How to Have a WhatsApp Conversation With Oneself
The first step is to create a plan. Open a browser on your phone or computer and type in the URL
Step 2: In the address box, type “wa.me/” followed by your phone number, including the country code, and press enter.
Step 3: A new window will appear on your screen, requesting that you open WhatsApp.
Step 4: If you are currently talking on the phone, your WhatsApp will open. Your phone number will be shown with your profile photo on the website.
Step 5: If you are using a computer or laptop, a new window will appear and you will be able to choose the option to “Continue to Chat.”
The WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp desktop software will come up with your own chat window as soon as you choose the choice in Step 6.
After that, you’ll have the option of having a conversation with yourself, where you may make notes, save pictures, and bookmark relevant sites. It is essential to note that if you start the personal chat on your PC, the chat window will be moved to your phone as well, which is quite convenient.
